Cindy was so detailed and knowledgeable, she really helped me through all of the details to help me understand each detail and make my closing effortless. Cindy helped me in searching for my personal housing as well as in finding investment property in the Ft. Lauderdale area. She was not only very personable but extremely knowledgeable in the local market and found many suitable properties for my inspection. Cindy was patient with me and never failed to be on time and well prepared for each property viewing. Unfortunately my plans changed regarding moving to Ft. Lauderdale and I did not get into the negotiation phase of the purchasing of a home. If I decide in the future to relocate to Ft.Lauderdale, I wouldn't call anyone but Cindy. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Cindy! We were searching for a vacation home and she found the PERFECT place for us. The experience started with a great conversation on the things that were most important to us, continued with sending us lots of properties and whittling it down to the few to visit on a weekend trip to the area. Mind you, this couldn't have been an easy process for her as we updated our wish list a few times, but she was ultra-patient with us.
